Recall all original quotes and Sales Order information - As customer orders are filled and completed, all orders need to invoiced and shipped. All original quote and sales order information can be recalled. This allows an entry of exact quantities shipped and back ordered. Plus, with the pick-pack- and -ship feature, the warehouse staff can identify the package in which each item is shipped, print a packing list, and enter carrier tracking numbers for customer service enquiries.
