SIMMS Order Fulfillment Software Solution

Piles of paperwork every day from processing multiple sales orders can really be a nightmare for your staff. The SIMMS Order Fulfullment Software Solution is ideal If your organisation processes 10 or more sales orders a day. This feature simplifies the order fulfillment process for mass orders, enabling you to spend more time on making sales and less time on the paperwork required to process them.

The SIMMS Order Fulfillment Software is designed to work alongside the Sales Order management, non-fulfilled sales orders are listed in the Order Fulfillment Module waiting for the order to be picked and invoiced. The user can then convert all items on sales orders into invoices. This process is called “Recalculate Fill Quantity” (fill quantity is the item’s quantity on a sales order). You can generate a purchase order for any shortages from this screen, and with the click of a button you have generated one or more purchase orders for the shortages related to numerous orders. The order fulfillment manager also has the ability to show you alternate locations that may have the items you require. You can then transfer items from locations that have the items required to fill the orders.

Sales orders enable you to complete a sale for your customer but instead of depleting stock it reserves the stock, this enables you to invoice or ship against the initial order partially or fully.

Fulfillment Manager

With the Order Fulfillment Manager you can review your sales demand and quickly fill mass amounts of sales orders at once, generate purchase orders for shortages and even transfer items from alternate locations to fulfill the requirements.

Sales Invoicing

With SIMMS you can generate a new invoice, or invoice from an entire Sales Order, or partially issue a Sales Order, as many times as you like until the whole Sales Order has been issued, creating a separate invoice for each partial sales order fill.
