Return Policy

Invotec Pty Ltd (Invotec) offers 15-day fully functional trial versions of its software. This is to ensure customers have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase. Therefore, Invotec does not accept returns on its products purchased directly from Invotec or indirectly through a SIMMS Software Business Partner / resellers.Once products have either been shipped from Invotec or downloaded from our web site, installed on site or established a hosting connection; or indirectly through Invotec or SIMMS Business Partners.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

Bundled Software

Invotec Pty Ltd does not accept returns on products obtained as part of a bundle, with other computer services and/ or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of a software compilation. Bundled software is also subject to the end user agreement bundled with the software.

Services

Invotec Pty Ltd does not accept returns on its services - maintenance contracts, professional services,technical support, product customizations, website and estore redesign services etc - that are sold to customers. This also applies to Data Collector hardware support and maintenance plans as they are NON-Transferable, non refundable and all sales are final.

Hosted Software

Hosted Software solutions such as the SIMMS Software Citrix Hosted packages and ASPDotnetstorefront solutions are NON-Refundable and due in advance. Invotec reserve the right to cancel service due to late or missed payments and all sales are final. Hosted software is also subject to the end user agreement bundled with the software.

Hardware

Invotec Pty Ltd does not accept returns on hardware and all sales are final. No product may be returned, whether as defective or for exchange, without a return authorization number obtained from your Account Manager. If item is found not to be defective the restocking fee will automatically apply.

All return authorization numbers expire ten days after issuance. Products returned without a return authorization number will be refused.

Authorized Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus Shipping and Handling.

Dispute

Invotec Pty Ltd must be advised of any defective product(s) and or disputed invoice(s) in writing within 10 Days of receipt of goods or date of invoice. Failure to notify Invotec of any disputed and/or defective goods constitutes a complete waiver of any and all such disputes.
